Shiv Sena relates to a political party founded in India on June 19, 1966. Led by Bal Thackeray, the party builds off of 'Bhumiputra' and Hindu nationalism. They are based out of Sena Bhavan, Mumbai. Currently their only political alliance is the National Democratic Allance. While they claim to have helped hundreds of unemployed in the in the Dharavi area of Mumbai, many claim that they have done little to solve the problem.
