SQL

Explanation:
SQL (often pronounced phonetically as “sequel”) is a programming language used to communicate with relational database management systems (RDBMS), one of the most common database systems. Due to its limited use with proprietary database software, SQL is a minimal standard defined by the International Standards Organization (ISO). A variety of implementations come from this standard such as the MySQL and PostgreSQL databases. Each implementation differs from the next leading to the common criticism that “SQL is not structured, nor is it limited to queries, nor is it a language” questioning the validity of the term as an accepted standard.
